OUR GUEST EXPERIENCE: 

There’s a certain rhythm to a beautiful salon day—and we work very hard to keep it that way.

At Eric Alt Salon, every chair, every appointment and every moment of the day is thoughtfully accounted for. Our schedule is a finely tuned machine, designed so that when you’re in our chair, your time feels relaxed, luxurious and entirely focused on you.

To help us protect that experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment on your own, without additional guests who are not receiving services.

As much as we love family, friends and little ones, extra guests can quickly change the flow of a very busy salon—and quite literally, every chair is spoken for. Our longstanding no children under the age of 12 in the salon policy also remains in place, even for the very best-behaved little ones. With stylists moving quickly, hot tools in use and a bustling salon floor, it simply isn’t the safest environment for children.

Think of us as a beautifully choreographed production:  Everyone has their place, every minute has its purpose, and when it all comes together, it feels effortless.

SERVICE FEES: 

Starting May 19, a $5 service fee per color service will be added, capped at $10 per visit.
We've held off as long as possible, hoping to avoid any extra charges. But with rising costs on supplies and essentials, this small fee helps us maintain the quality and care you expect—without raising prices across the board. We'll continue to monitor things closely and adjust when conditions improve.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that unplanned conflicts can come up. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Our stylists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. Although we have always had a cancellation policy, circumstances have caused us to enforce a policy of charging for “no-show” appointments, and those appointments not cancelled in advance (48 hours). The charge for this is 50% of your booked service. All “no-shows” will require a 100% deposit for future appointments. Effective immediately, Eric Alt Salon will be requiring a credit card to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of the reservation. 

The salon offers email and text reminders for your scheduled appointments, however
PLEASE NOTE when you receive your initial text reminder, you are required to reply “Y” to consent to text communication.

LATE ARRIVALS: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your entire service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. We ask that clients call the salon to notify the front desk if they expect to be arriving late for their appointment(s). If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, they will be considered a "no-show" (read above policy). Guests who arrive late for their appointments may have their service adjusted to fit their remaining time, or be asked to reschedule entirely depending on availability, however a deposit of 100% will be required for any future booking.  

PAYMENT POLICY: Eric Alt Salon does not accept personal checks. We accept all major credit and debit cards, however all card transactions are subject to a processing fee (maximum 3.5%). Gratuity may not be added to debit or credit cards.
